At Lose-N-Tone Fitness, we are dedicated to providing high-quality fitness services and supporting you on your journey toward transformation. By purchasing our services, you acknowledge and agree to the following No Refund Policy.
1. Refunds
All services, including personal training sessions, group fitness classes, online coaching, nutrition workshops, corporate wellness programs, and any other products or services provided by Lose-N-Tone Fitness are non-refundable.
Once a service is purchased, it is final, and no refunds, exchanges, or credits will be issued for any reason, including but not limited to:

Change of mind or circumstances

Injury, illness, or medical conditions

Inability to attend or participate

Relocation

Any other personal reasons
2. Packages and Subscriptions
All training packages, subscriptions, and membership fees are non-refundable. Once a package or membership has been purchased, it cannot be canceled or refunded, even if unused.
3. No Refunds for Missed Sessions or Classes
Clients are responsible for attending scheduled sessions or classes. No refunds will be provided for missed or rescheduled sessions, regardless of the reason.
4. Transfer of Services
Services, memberships, and packages are non-transferable and cannot be passed to another person or applied to future sessions or services.
5. Program-Specific Terms
While we do not issue refunds, we are committed to your satisfaction. If you experience difficulties or have concerns about your program, we encourage you to speak with a trainer or contact our team to discuss possible adjustments. However, no refunds will be provided.
6. Cancellations by Lose-N-Tone Fitness
In the unlikely event that Lose-N-Tone Fitness cancels a scheduled session or program, we will offer the option to reschedule the service at a convenient time or provide a credit toward future services. No refunds will be issued.
7. Agreement
By purchasing any services or products from Lose-N-Tone Fitness, you acknowledge that you have read and agreed to this No Refund Policy. You understand that all payments are non-refundable, and you will not be entitled to a refund under any circumstances.
